Our software is witten in C#.
We are using Keithley 2700 not 2701.
We are using RS232 for Communication.

Hi, Sometimes, especially if the Keithley has been on several Days, the command TRAC:DATA? will return +9.9E37 instead of the just reset relative timestamp. It did not solve the problem. The delay is still the same.

The commands work fine, even before the recommended changes, when I use one 2700 and one 2400.

Is there a differecne between 2440 and 2400 that I have missed? Could my 2440 be broken?

We are using one Keithley 2440 as power supply and two Keithley 2700 for measuring. The 2700s are to start measuring exactly when the 2440 starts sourcing. We configure the 2440 to trigger the 2700s when it starts sourcing or even after a delay after start sourcing but the 2440 always trigger the 27...
