Re: In queue of :INIT command?

Hi all, i'm a test development engineer and currently working on a new application with K2400 SMU. Basically, in my application, i have a loop that keep trigger the K2400 to measure current by using the :INIT command. All the measured values will be stored in the K2400 buffer and retrieve once the ...

Re: 6221&2182A in Deltamode:how to reduce the communication

Hello back1986, I believe you are using the KI6220 software downloaded from our web? http://www.keithley.com/support/data?asset=16067 I used this software to perform 100 point measurement on a 1 ohm resistor in delta mode measurements. Settings as follows: Under Setup Tab ------------------- High Cu...

Re: SourceMeter 2410 1100V- GPIB

Hi Mathieu, Check that you have chosen GPIB communication, not RS-232, in the 2410. If you are using a NI GPIB card, you can use Measurement & Automation explorer to scan for the instrument and correspondingly communicate with it. Same applies for Keithley GPIB-488A. You can send a query *IDN? and r...

Re: Pulse Delta Sweet Output (LME)

Hi Cylider, TRAC:FEED CALC1 returns the mathematically processed data. By default, it returns the voltage reading computed using the formula: [(2B-A-C)/2] where A, B and C are the voltage readings taking during current pulse Low-High-Low. I see that you are reading back resistance, so probably you h...

Re: problem with 2182/6221 resistivity measurement

Hi Samatcha, You can try using the software from this link below: http://www.keithley.com/support/data?asset=16067 This software allows you to perform measurements using the 6221 and 2182A. For example, the delta and pulse delta mode of measurements helps to minimize the noise from thermal emf for l...

Re: LV link for Labview 2010

Hi Khazman, The latest version of LV-LINK supports up to Labview 7. There is currently no available LV-LINK that supports Labview 2010. If there is any available, I will update you accordingly. Not sure if this might work, but you can give it a try. When you load the program in labview 2010, it shou...

Re: Pulse Delta Sweet Output (LME)

Hi Cylider, TRAC:FEED CALC1 determines the type of data to be fed to the buffer. For this case, it feeds the calculated data to the 6221 buffer. TRAC:FEED SENSE1 feeds the raw data from the 2182A to the 6221 buffer. I believe you may code it before the measurement takes place. Bingo. TRAC:DATA? allo...

Re: Pulse Delta Sweet Output (LME)

Hi Cylider, The command :SOUR:PDEL:LME 2 defines the number of low measurement per pulse cycle. It can take on values of either 1 or 2. In pulse delta measurements, the 2182A take measurements when the current pulse from 6221 is at Low-High-Low. If the number of low measurement per cycle is 1, then ...
