David,
Both recommendations were already implemented. Yes, the USB device Port is set to "Connect to Computer". I dis-connected the USB cable on the oscilloscope side and reconnected it again. No change.

I am using a DELL Precision 3620 with Windows10 version 1709, OS Build 16299.64.

Dave, I tried the command sequence you suggested. There was no change on the outcome. However, i discovered that 10% duty cycle does not function for 600E-3s or 1.25s pulse widths. I need to make a revision. The work around for the AFG to generate 750E-3 and 600E-3 pulse widths is changing the duty cycle of the waveform from 10% to 20% NOT 50%.

Thank you for your prompt response.
Reversing the order of the commands worked.
It is interesting to note that the original order of these commands works on the MDO3012 and MDO3014 but not on the TD3052C.

I noticed the number of points in the PulseSweepISingle is set to 11. For a single pulse this should be set to 1.
