Re: Using 2651A at Higher DC current
Hi Jerry,
You can parallel 2x2651A to meet your requirements. In TSP Express (built in software), there's an option for you to combine the SMU.
It is a Download Java Runtime J2SE(TM) Environment.

Re: Keithley 2400 surge current
Hello,
There's a possibility that during your power up cycle/sequence of the instrument a transient happens, which could be higher than 0.1V. Is there a way to debug your test(s) using a scope maybe to see whether there's a spike going on?

Hi Radu, It is not clear what else changed after you re-installed Windows to the system. Who knows? Something could have been changed before installation. Why do you have to re-install Windows? I think it is best to contact the nearest Keithley 4200 service office to you. At times, starting from scr...

Check the response after the unit is back from repair if the range change during the 1000 pts sweep has some effect assuming you use autorange with reasonable delay between points.

Re: Help on 8009 test fixture for electrometer 6517B
Hello, You are correct. The design of 8009 test fixture is different than an AC or two port type of measurement. The interconnect/cabling are totally different between CV and IV application. I am not sure why you wanted to use the 8009. Why not use a probe? With our 4200-SCS parameter analyzer, you ...

Hello, I think that the issue is more of a set-up issue than the measurement itself. Since you have a 2636A, you can actually use the TSP Express to do your specific measurement and settings. Another aspect of the TSP Express is that it can generate the code for you as well. Use this as your debuggi...

Hello,
What you are asking for has never been done before. What might work better for you is to read the data from the saved data *.csv file into your LV program. At this point, you now have multiple options on how to port your data to LV.
