Re: Determine 3706A + 3732 + screw matrix accuracy

What's about the current offset in the 3232 when we connect the 2601B on the matrix and take the measurement through it?

Thank you

Re: Determine 3706A + 3732 + screw matrix accuracy

Thank you for the estimate numbers. I have a SMU 2601B in the setup. The SMU HI and LO will be connected to two of the 3732 columns and the two ends of the 100M are connectd to the other two columns 1) If I were to source 4.5V to the 100M, and use the SMU to measure the current, what will the measur...

Determine 3706A + 3732 + screw matrix accuracy

Hi, I would like to set up an automated test to measure some precision resistors and voltages, using the Keithley 3706A and 3232 matrix in 4x112 mode. The connection between our equipment and the instrument is made between our custom cable and the screw terminals. I want to make sure that the instru...

Re: 3732 in 4x112 configuration

Hi Dale,

Thanks for your reply. Just to be clear, is it possible
to connect more than 1 column to a row simulatenously?

Thank you

Re: 3732 in 4x112 configuration

Hi, I've been doing a lot of reading after posting the above questions. Keithley has a very good document, but because the size of the document, I want to reach out to the group for questions that I could not find answer to (or missed) by reading . Refering to my question 1): will the software (or h...

3732 in 4x112 configuration

Hi, My test system requires many cross-connect test points and I find that the 3732 matrix card in the 3706A may meet my need. I plan to use it in 4x112 configuration. Besides test points, I'll need voltage source to source different parts of the circuit at different time. I will use a 2602B as a vo...

Re: Use TSP in the non-Windows RTOS embbedded controller

Hi, I have more questions. My embbeded processor is connected to 6202B through the RS232 interface and the 6202B is connected to the 3706A. I will assign node 1 to 6202B and node 2 to 3706A. 1) Can I assume that the 6202B is always a master node because it connects to the controller? Can I change th...

Re: Use TSP in the non-Windows RTOS embbedded controller

Hi Andrea,

Thank you for your reply and the hint to shorten the command.
I'm now ready to write my driver to control the SMU. ;)

Use TSP in the non-Windows RTOS embbedded controller

I have an embedded system controller that will control the 2602B for power source and measurement. The controller has a simple RTOS so I could not use LabView nor the tools/drivers that Keithley provides. My controller has an RS232 interface. From reading 2600BS-901-01 (B-May 2013)(Ref).pdf: 1) The ...

2602B as voltage source only

Can I use the 2602B as a voltage source supply only? I need two port programmable supply that supports an RS-232 interface (to connect to my embedded Processor) and the TSP link (to connect to 40 channel DMM). It looks like those interfaces are only available in the SMU, and not in a regular program...
