How to get started with kethley configuration in Excel VBA

Hi, I am an absolute beginner in using keithley products and device configuration. I am currently working to automated a testing procedure so that I can stop doing it manually. I do have two 2410 sourcemeters and 1 LC574A lecroy scope and one NI GPIB‑USB‑HS Network adapter. I would like to connect t...

Re: Having problem with 3 terminal device analyzation

Pulse is the only way to get 1A at 100V on the Model 2635B. Using DC you have run into the 20V, 1A limit. Take a look at the power envelope in the attached data sheet. (page 4). thanks, I am trying to sweep 2N7000. The I-V curve given in the datasheet shows that Vds is being swept from 0 to 5 volta...

Re: 3 terminal transistor with 2636B / 2657A model

Hello, The 2657A is a high voltage SourceMeter. A review of the data sheet will tell you that for 1500V and less, the max current is 120mA. For the 3000V range, the max current is 20mA. What is the value of the current limit for the 2657A? This setting my explain why it is clipping at 100mA rather ...

3 terminal transistor with 2636B / 2657A model

Hi, Recently I have started using keithley 2636B sourcemeter with 2657A high voltage model. It is my first time using any sourcemeter and so far I have been able to figure out how to sweep for an I-V curve of a two terminal diode but I have a problem with sweeping a 3 terminal devices such as 2N7000...
