Re: Measuring nanovolts DC with Keithley 2002

thank you for the answer!
But what is the real limit of this model?
What is the minimal signal-to-noise ratio at 10 nV, 100 nV, 1 mV DC signals?

Measuring nanovolts DC with Keithley 2002

Hello, Is it possible to reliably measure nanovolts DC with Keithley 2002? According to its manual it has resoultion down to 1 nV. However, on the lowest scale (200 mVDC) and integration time 10 PLC, slowly changing DC voltages about 10 µV are measured quite noisy, signal-to-noise ratio is about 5%....

Re: 2611A SourceMeter: measurements with GPIB.

Thank you for the answer1
However, is it posssible to perform the measurement with the instrument using solely GPIB?
It's not so clear in the manual.

2611A SourceMeter: measurements with GPIB.

Hello.

I want to use 2611A SourceMeter with GPIB connection, but at early steps I have found that SCPI commands like :FETC? or MEASure doesn't work. Is it possible to do with some other way?

Thanks.
