Connection issue bwtween 2182 and some eletrometer?

Hi engineers:

Is there anyways to connect the 2182to elecrometer without in-built V source for testing?

Thanks!

labtracer staff

Hi, keithley engineers:

Do you get some staff about labtracer except the video guide posted in keithley website?

Since the measurement needs the front panel operatoins on 24XX series, whether the labtracer could fulfill the testing function?

Thanks very much for your quick answer.

best regards

problems when using 6221+2182

Dear Keithley engineers: I've come across some problems when using the 6221+2182A I could get one I-V curve line as the following - (graph1), but when i intend to copy the raw I-V data from the labview Vi, I could only one data from the selected area(graph 2). Could you please help to clarify what's...

Capability of measure ohms with 2182A and 6221

Hi dear keithley engineers: I came across some problems when selecting the devices to measure high resistors if a resistor is higher than 100Mohm, whether could I use 2182A+6221 to measure it? if no, could I use 2000DMM+6221 to measure a resistor up to 200Mohm? for the thinking logic, R=V/I, thus V=...

2612A pulse mode and 2635A sine wave form

Hi dear keithley engineers: When I use the 26XX series products, I need some support from you 1. How could I generate the pulse mode by the front panel operations on 2612A? Whether could I fulfill the same task by labtracer? If so, how could I do? 2. Do I need some extra software to generate sin wav...

Re: Qustions about 2600 serials and 6221

Besides, I have additional questions about the module 2601 and 2611 1. My first question is: What's the output frequency of 2601 and 2611 I try to search for the freqency parameter of those two modules but confronting with some problems, the manual writes "source voltage overshoot value is 20MHz ban...

Re: Qustions about 2600 serials and 6221

Hello 1. The Model 6221 is capable of DC and AC current signals. AC up to about 100kHz. The Model 2635A is capable of DC signals. But with the memory steps it can "create" arbitrary waveforms. For example, use a step DC for each memory location( up to 100,000 or more). And synthesize a sine wave of...

Re: issue about 7011 and 7053

2. The selector guide in the Keithley 2010 catalog lists 1MHz as the maximum recommended frequency for the Model 7053 high current switch card. It is a current card. This means the paths or shorted until the channels relays are energized. There is no spec or data on the response of amplitude vs fre...

Qustions about 2600 serials and 6221

Dear Keithley engineers: I've come across some problems need your help. 1. What's the main difference between the 2635A and 6221 when generating the low level signals? well, i know that 6221 could generate both low level AC and DC signals while 2635 seems to only fabricate the DC signals, doesn't it...

issue about 7011 and 7053

Dear keithley engineers: 1. I've found the 2010 catalog of keithley's products, with regard to 7011, which has two versions 7011-C and 7011-S, I was just wondering what's the main different between the 2? Furthermore, whether those two versions cards could be used in both AC and DC mode? 2. As for t...
