3700 with 3721 switching control

Hi My question is- can I use the current channels (41,42) for switching and to control the latch relays in the DMM connect so it will be open? I want that all the current will arrive to the backplane analog connector and will not pass through DMM. Can I control the latch relays in the DMM connect? T...

Re: 3721- realys resistance and min current

Hi Thanks for the help. My mistake. I meant to the resistance of the relays at channel 41-42. (indeed, I can see in the data sheet that the channels 1-40 resistances is 1.5 ohm) I couldn't find that info in the data sheet. can you tell me please what the resistance of the relays at channel 41-42 ?(o...

3721- realys resistance and min current

Hi
I will be glad to know what is the series resistance of one relay (channels 1-40), and what is the minimum current input that required to the relays (I couldn't find this info).

thanks!

3721 multiplexer

Hi
I am using 3706 with 3721 multiplexer in my tester Jig.
My question is if the relays controlling in the multiplexer is completely freely? can I switch relays in every combination I want?
for example, to close the relays of channels 1 and 2 simultaneously.

Thanks

Re: 3706 with 3721 multiplexer

thanks for the help! I understood. my voltages measurement and currents are separate tests. so I dont have a shared bank for voltages and currents. About my second question- in other test I want to connect the MUX output to a other test equip. (oscilloscope). The way to make it is by connecting the ...

3706 with 3721 multiplexer

Hi I build a testing Jig using 3706 DMM with 3721 switch card. I have some questions: 1. In my Jig there are voltage measurement and current measurement. I want to use my 3721 card. for the volts measurement its fits great, but there is any way to measure current with it? (I have about 28 channels t...
