Re: Labtracer Software Problem

Hello, Just to clarify, you wanted to graph the sourced V and measured I and the other way around. If so, the results table have options for you on what to graph between measured or sourced data. If you will have a hard time looking for it, you can always save the data to a csv file and then open th...

Re: 2001 DMM , no measurements

Hello, Is this unit a new unit? When you say no measurement for any inputs, what do you mean exactly? Do you mean that you measured a voltage testpoint with a known voltage and your measurement is incorrect? By reading, your resistance measurement via shorting the leads, it makes me think that the i...

Re: Reading increases with time :DMM2000

Hello, Before going any further, did you use the same instrument before and the readings were OK? If so, what changed in the set-up - maybe the instrument needs calibration? Are these readings ran manually or with software? If with software, try setting the measurement manually. Try measuring a know...

Re: ASC Basic V1.2 with Agilent 82350B GPIB card

Hello,
Not that Agilent 82350B GPIB card is not a doable solution. But, have you tried using ethernet as the tool to use instead of GPIB? This is a faster way for your configuration set-up.

Re: Voltage Burden

Hello, If you want to verify the Vb specs of the 6517B and 6514, use the set-up in the document (Accurate Current Source and 6517B/6514/DMM/SMU) and measure Vb. I attached the datasheets for both instruments for you to use when setting up your measurements. Check the Vb diagram on 6514 (Vb offsets) ...

The closest application example I can find for your need is attached below. The application note demonstrates the test methodology. This might give you a birds eye view in terms of your need.

Another instrument application that is capable of measuring the capacitor leakage is also attahed below;

Re: accuracy of Keithley 2440 for current measurements

The minimum accuracy is -0.027% of rdg + 700 pA, noting the +/- combination. If you average 100 random rdgs over a specified NPLC, the result would still fall within the accuracy window. Note that you are at uA range of measurement. It is worth considering a more accurate tool that is capable of mea...

Re: accuracy of Keithley 2440 for current measurements

There are two parts with your accuracy query; 1. The 2440 source V accuracy {falls under 200mV range = +/-(0.02% of rdg + 600 uV)} and the Current measurement accuracy {falls under 10uA range = +/-(0.027% of rdg + 700 pA)}. Don't forget to account for the listed notes regarding your specific test co...

Re: Source Meter 2611 A Model can support C# programming?

I am not clear on what you are trying to accomplish with your question. Are you saying that you are going to use C# as your language of choice to develop your measurement environment? If so, yes. Example Programs that we have available for users are in TestScripts mostly. These programs are measurem...
