Re: PulseV MeasureI Configuration

Hello,
I would like to ask you if the unit is 2636A or non-A. Why is it important? You might be able to do your task(s) in a simpler way.

Re: 6220 current sourcing with very high load resistance

Hello, The 6220 can source low current accurately up to 2 nA range at 100 fA resolution and 0.4% + 2 pA accuracy (see our low current/high resistance selector guide): http://www.keithley.com/selectorGuides Also, the 2182A can measure up to 100V. Using resistance calculations, Gigaohm measurement (ho...

Hello,
This is the only one that is available this should suffice. The only difference with the series is the the higher voltage (200V), which the 2401 does not have.

Re: Need help for 2400 sourcemeter

Hello,
The issue can be many things. It can be settings for your expected Resistance value (source value, measure range and compliance). It can be your program was not set properly or your connections.

See resistance measurement sample program.

Re: DMM 130 Case

Hello,
It is impressive to know that your Keithley 130 is still fully functional up to this point (almost 30 years). As you know, we no longer manufacture the said instrument. Maybe you can find at a third party source for your need. Sorry!

Re: Multi-threading with 2602

Hello,
Are you using a 2602 or 2602A? Either way, the answer is YES to your two threads question. The difference between the two is it's synchronization. See datasheet for both model.

Re: 2410 won't give voltage above 200 V

Hello, I have a number of clarifying questions; What do you mean by these settings, Current compliance is set to 1.05 mA and the current range (is this measurement range?) is 100 uA. The concern might be based on its measurement settings (measurement range vs compliance settings). Please, validate t...

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. It occurs to me that you didn't elaborate on the connector options with the 2600. There are a number of options available for connectors: http://www.keithley.com/products/accessories/cables/?mn=2600-FIX-TRX You can also order cables that will mate to a TRIAX cable...

Re: positive DC bias negtive current

Hello,

It is my assumption that the current only changes from the range below 20 - 30 V. However, the current value is positive above 20 - 30 V. Do you think it is possible that your DUT starts to behave like an inductor at this range and it reaches resonance?

Hello, I don't really see any contradiction with both statements below: 1) No DUT connected while powering up (turn ON sequence of the instrument) 2.) If there's a DUT connected while the instrument is OFF and you are thinking about turning it ON, disconnect the DUT BUT there is contradiction on the...
