I have a very simple script to measure a capacitor with a 2410.
I set the system to current source and measure voltage. I use a list of points for the current going from a fixed positive value flipping to a negative value about 2/3 of the way in to measure the discharge.
I have set the system to plc of 1 and it is running in the two wire mode.
I collect data: voltage, current, time.
I notice that the current is decreasing during the run and I have not hit the voltage compliance.
The time zero value of the current is 4.999345554042542e-08 (with a 0.05µm set point)
It drops monotonically to 4.94375063111155e-08 when I reach 99V with 100V compliance set point.
Some samples are even more dramatic.
1.97102925740468e-07 at time zero
1.6910901999006e-07 at 194V with 200V compliance
a 15% drop in current.
What is going on here? Why doesn't the system maintain set point current?

Your currents are quite small and cabling could be giving you significant spurious currents. How are you connecting to the 2410?
