Resistance measurement with 2400

I am trying to measure the standard resistance (200 ohms) manually as well as using matlab scripts. The resistance measured manually is found to vary with the current, when I use 1 micro amp it shown 380 ohms, 10 micro amp it shows 220 ohms and 1 mA shows resistance value of 201 ohms. And the resistance Vs current measured using matlab script is attached also. We want to measure the resistance accurately, so we want to know how to measure it.

Do an error budget on the voltage measure accuracy of the 2400.
For 1uA of current applied to the 200 ohms, you'll generate only 200uV.
The 200mV range of the 2400 has measure spec of 0.012% + 300uV.
The ohms measure error will be the sum of the current source accuracy and the voltage measure accuracy.

For the Auto Ohms Function, the default test current would be 10mA for the 200 ohm range; 1mA for the 2K ohm range.

For best outcome, use the REL function to take away voltage offset. Also use 4-wire remote sense connections to eliminate lead wire resistance.
