Calibration of keithley 2400

Post by wzhcai » May 3rd, 2017, 9:50 am

Hi all,
We have issues using keithley 2400, and the voltage seems about 6.2V shift.

When the 2400 is connected to a digital multimeter, we set the measure value is 10V, the reading in the 2400 is the same, while the output multimeter gives 3.7754 V.

So we are trying to perform the calibration following the procedures provided by keithley 2400 service manual.
When the 2400 sourcemeter has +200mV, the muitimeter reads -6.2242V, I could not change the value from the 2400 sourcemeter, it seems the shift is too big, out of range.

An error +505 is shown at the end.

Is anyone know how to handle this issue?

Many thanks!

Wei
