Plot Data Output?

I'm trying to source a current to drive my circuit and measure the voltage increase as the capacitor integrates. I would like to extract this data and plot it on my computer (I have a GPIB/usb cable). I don't want to perform an I-V sweep exactly; I want to set the current and watch the voltage rise until it reaches a certain level, then stop the measurement. Is it possible to extract this voltage measurement data to plot on my computer (basically use it like an oscilloscope, since I don't have one)?

Thank you.

I would recommend that you do not use the sweep mode of the Model 2400 to do this.
Use the standard mode where the computer/software select a current value and then it will output this until the computer/software instructs it to change.
Now the compute can instruct the 2400 to take voltage measurements until you are satisfied with the results.
Then the software/computer can step to the next current level and do it again.
This is like letting the software do the "pseudo" sweep with some slight modification of taking multiple voltage measurements for each step.
Then you can do what you want with the data.
The thing is you have to write the software to do this (Labview, VB, Matlab, etc.)
