Stop at compliance without sweep

Post by noddle » April 1st, 2011, 12:03 am

I use Keithley 2410 source-meter to do TDDB measurement. I want this source-meter stop at current compliance.

I have tried to put this code

*SRE 1
*SRE 0

but it didnot work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you doing a sweep?
If so then use the compliance abort command.
If not using a sweep then you could also use the trip command.
This would return a yes(1) or no(0) when addressed to talk.
