The trigger latency is going to be about 225usec.
Since you have the trigger delay set to 0.0 then source will start about 225usec after the trigger is received.
Since you have the Source delay set to 0.0 then it starts the measurement just after the source configuration is complete.
So to answer your question, the trigger latency is about 225usec. And this means it is about 225usec from the time the trigger is received until it outputs the source signal.

Hi EonBlue,

The 2-wire vs. 4-wire setting affects where the voltage is measured when an A/D conversion takes place. So use of 4-wire vs. 2-wire does not in-and-of itself introduce additional A/D conversions.
