I have already tried using the attached code but it does not return me the resistance values for the high and low lead, which is what I'm interested in. Using the 2600 SMUs, you could measure the rhi and rlo, which would give me the high and low lead resistance, which is what I'm looking for.
In other words, I'm not looking for an integrated contact check test, but more of a sequence which would return me a pair of resistance numbers for each terminal, then I will handle the numbers accordingly. Looking forward to hearing back from you.
