The Contact Check feature in the 24xx-C models does not have a means to indicate which side (HI or LO or both) is exceeding the contact resistance threshold.
Just for FYI, the 2600A series all have contact check as a standard feature and the smua.contact.r() instrument command returns two values: measured resistance on HI side and LO side. So you would be able to determine which terminals are at fault.
