Minimum Current in a 2400 Series SourceMeter

Post by goncher » September 15th, 2011, 11:10 am

I see that there are six models available with the 2400 Series, one of which operates from 10 A to 10 pA. I just want to be sure about this, but I need a power supply that can output ~200VDC and measure the corresponding current of between 1-30 microamps. Will this supply do the trick?

The Model 2400 can output up to 200V.
It has a current sensitivity to 10pA. With a 300pA uncertainty.
It can certainly measure 1uA to 30uA while sourcing 200V.
