Dear sir:
I also have some question about how to develope Keithley 2636B by C++;
1,i set up the ivi shared component first, and then i set up the Ke26XXA-x64.msi, but when i want to run the C++ example by VS2008, it is not working, and the tip is we cannot find the library "libid:625EDC26-C167-4ade-B850-69751A4870EB", I think may be i forget to set up another software. can you help me to solve this question.
2,i have no find some function about the instrument can you tell me where i can find the function, and i also donot know how to run the instrument on the two channel status by C++ control and how to display it.

The release notes for our 2600A/B Series IVI-COM driver can be downloaded at http://www.keithley.com/support/data?asset=52032
The examples provided require Visual Studio 2010 or later. This may be the issue you are having.

Regarding your #2 question. "can you tell me where i can find the function"
If I understand this question correctly, you want to know where the IVI-COM driver reference document is located to explain the properties and methods for the 26XXA Driver.
After installation, the help file is located in C:\Program Files\IVI Foundation\IVI\Drivers\Ke26XXA\Ke26XXA.chm. It describes the full IVI-COM Driver hierarchy in detail.

Also, your question "how to run the instrument on the two channel status by C++ control and how to display it".
I think you are looking for a way to control the instrument's two channels in combination.
I'll guide you toward the Scripting examples to learn about using TSP scripts, and using C++ to download and execute them.
Our reference manual describes TSP scripts and also has some examples: http://www.keithley.com/support/data?asset=57103
There are also examples of 2-channel TSP scripts you can download from our website. A good 2-channel script is the BJT Testing example.
