how to store last reading of Buffer

Post by Pooja_m » September 19th, 2016, 1:09 am

I need to store the last reading of the buffer in some local variable, I need to compare it with previous reading(last reading of the same buffer).
In my command I used

Code: Select all

 Ig_now = GSMU.nvbuffer1[n]
.
Please suggest me further modification.
PS: this is my first TSP programming.

Hi!

This seems like it will work, but what is the variable n? I don't know what GSMU is being set to, I assume something like

Code: Select all

GSMU = smua
--or
GSMU = node[1].smua
Can we assume that you are setting

Code: Select all

n = GSMU.nvbuffer1.n
?

This also assumes that smua.nvbuffer1 is measuring the desired parameter (current or voltage).
