Keithley 2612: Error code -314 at startup sequence

Keithley 2612: Error code -314 at startup sequence

Hi, I work with a 2612A which recently started to show an error message -314 "save/recall memory is lost" at the end of the power-up sequence. The device then goes to normal operation and can be used without any problems. Anyhow I am a bit worried if there is eventually an issue with the hardware.
How can I get rid of this message?

There are ultra caps for the memory such as user defined setups.

Try saving a user defined setup to one of the locations.

If the ultra caps are no longer charging, the nvmemory content is vulnerable.
To get rid of error, the parts need replacing.
