Measuring IV curve using 2602B source meter

Measuring IV curve using 2602B source meter

I want to get 50 consecutive IV curves of piezoelectric transducer using 2602B source meter. I sample 100 current values from 0 V to open circuit voltage (repeating 50 times). However, it takes about 2 seconds to sample 100 values using SweepVListMeasureI, nplc = 0.001 and measure.delay = 0. I want to minimise this sampling time (at the cost of increased noise). Please suggest a suitable solution.
Please also share factory script of KISweep so that we can modify and run the script to minimise delay. Please suggest alternate solutions as well.
