LIV Curve on a 4N35 Optocoupler

As a sample exercise, this is a TSP script for using two SMU within a 2600A or 2600B for an LIV curve.

SMUA = applies voltages to the LED or Laser
SMUB = applies voltage bias to PD and measures current vs. time

Using ASYNC trigger model, you can measure at up to 20K Samples/sec.

Here is some sample data at 10KHz measure rate on the 4N35:

Here is the TSP script and pseudo code to make use of the script. Run it from Test Script Builder.
