Keithley 2510 firmware binary

I got Model 2510 TEC SMU which had power failure during firmware update.
Firmware flash (U168 chip, with sticker 2510-800-A11, which is ATMEL AT49F040) is blank now (all bytes are 0xFF), so instrument is dead.

Is it possible to get a download link for latest Model 2510 Firmware, so I can reflash firmware and get instrument back to life?
I do have standalone firmware programmer which can read/write ATMEL AT49F040, so just need a binary dump to write chip.

My 2510 mainboard revision is 2510-102-04C in case that matters. Instrument S/N is 0774537.
