Is there a reason why the multi channel power supplies do not have the list mode? Is there a way I can get it to work that way?

The list mode was not included in the multiple channel instruments due to potential complexity and data storage requirements. It is more manageable in single channel supplies. In multiple channel supplies, there could be problems trying to execute lists on two different channels if list step durations are different. Also the single channel supplies have more automated test features. We felt the triple channel supply would be more a designer's bench tool.
You could use an external program to step the power supply through various voltages.
