Error -113 operating 2182A with Labview

Post by Julia_s » November 12th, 2015, 10:15 am

I am reading a thermocouple off of channel 2 of my NanoVoltmeter using a Labview VI that I wrote. It successfully reads temperature but at each reading error -113 pops up on the voltmeter display panel. I cannot figure out what my syntax error is and the beeping is less than ideal. Below is a - of my commands sent to the nanovoltmeter that is generating the error. Any help in correcting the syntax would be greatly appreciated. I also tried clearing the error queue but that did not get rid of the error.

The first command should not have an 'S" at the TRAN.
It should be :sense:temp:tran tc
That should do it.
