Measured voltage (source 0.0A) in two-cell open circuit not stabilizing

HI, I am using a two-cell open circuit, sourcing 0A and measuring voltage with a Keithley 2400 SMU. I am using the front panel, each cell connected to a dual banana connector. panel. Measured voltage is not stabilizing. Measured voltage (in the range of 10-200 mV) goes down slowly at random, making it dificult to get a calibration curve. Sometimes, with the same sample, voltage goes down to a minimun and then goes up. Does anyone know how to solve this variation, how to get stable measured voltage? I see that as the ionic concentraiton of one cell increases, the measured voltage decreases, but a stable value is not achieved in the display.
