I have 2651A high current source meter.
I want to control 2651A by labview.
And what i want to is measuring current on constant voltage source.
ex) -2voltage source, and measuring current each 0.1 second.
how can i that the aforementioned ??
Can i get some example??

Re: 2651A stress test
Hello,
Yes, you can set the 2651A as a constant-voltage source and measure current. We have example labview programs with our driver download: http://www.keithley.com/support/data?asset=55830
You did not mention what the current is that you are expecting to measure or the voltage you intend to source from the 2651A. Note that the various operating areas (voltage and current ranges of operation) of the 2651A are different, depending on whether you are sourcing a DC value or pulsing a value, and upon the pulse width.
Also, the 2651A has a fast ADC which allows you to set sample intervals as small as 1uS. However, a measurement every 0.1 sec can be done with either the fast ADC or the integrating A/D.
