Yes, it is basically a drop-in replacement with a different power envelope. The 2651A uses the same ICL commands for control as the rest of the 2600A family. There are a few additional commands as well such as circular buffers and asynchronous triggering as well. It has the same TSP embedded interface in it through the internal webpage and can use the Test Script Builder suite.
