i am trying to write a driver of the 6517B high resistance meter using KULT. I installed visual studio 2013 on the 4200-scs, however KULT still did not find the compiler and did not start (same thing for VS2012). I followed the instructions you provided regarding the use of an external compiler (initializing user, running reBUILDLibs.bat....) but this did not help neither. Could somebody give me hints about how i could solve this problem?

If you have Professional version and problems persist:
I trust that you rebooted after installing Visual Studio?
From command prompt type: set > set.txt
Post the set.txt file.
Im using 4200-SCS. I tried initialising and rebooting.
Still the same error exists. But im using the student edition of Visual stdio
Is it not possible to run KULT if Visual Stdio is of Student edition?
If you haven't been able to get KULT working yet: The student edition of Visual Studio is untested and our software team thinks there's a very good chance it doesn't include the tools needed to compile KULT code. Sorry about the confusion on that.
