HDMI / DVI for SCS 4200

Post by Clemens » May 28th, 2015, 6:16 am

Is it possible to attach an HDMI or DVI monitor for better signal quality to the parameter analyzer?
Are there any adapters for digital image output?

Not sure what you are suggesting here. The video output of the 4200-SCS is on an XVGA connector, and is not HDMI or DVI.
The cables which connect the 4225-PMU to 4225-RPMs are the same as HDMI cables. However, they do not carry video signals and these connections are not HDMI or DVI.
The cables which allow a remote connection between 4200-SMUs or 4210-SMUs and 4200-PA preamplifiers are similar to XVGA cables, but again these do not carry video signals and are not HDMI or DVI. I don't see any way an HDMI or DVI monitor could help the operation of the 4200-SCS.

What is the issue you are having with the 4200-SCS?
