Can anyone explain what this error is saying? I am still new with the kxci interface and I'm currently trying to understand why I am receiving this error. I have referred to the reference manual but there is only the error code iteslf.

Does your SMU1 have the 4200-PA installed?

If no preamp, then 100E-9 is the smallest valid value to use with the RG command.
