The front panel is real-time. You can swipe the screen left and right to see a graph and see cumulative statistics.

Press the menu button and then press the graph button to configure settings for graph (Scale) axes. For X-axis I use "All" and for Y-axis I use "SmartScale".

I have to check the R_T signal for a long peroid of time, let say 2-3 day.
So, how long or how many data point that i can store in the 2450 smu memory?

Can I store the data directly to USB during measured the resistance or other signal?

From the 2450 Reference Manual page 3-13
-------------------------------------------
....you are limited by available memory in the instrument and the overall total capacity of all the buffers
stored in the instrument cannot exceed 1,000,000 readings.
------------------------------------------------

So, for 3 days, 1,000,000 readings is about 4 readings per second.
