Model 2461 fast sampling during pulse

Hello,

I am able to create a pulse sweep list which creates a 'top-hat' current (0.5 mA, 5 mA, 0.5 mA) across a resistor. At the moment I get 3 voltage measurements, one at each pulse. I want to be able to get lots of fast measurements during the pulses - almost producing an oscilloscope.

Is this possible?

Yes, but you must use the digitize voltage function. Press function, go to digitize tab, source current and digitize voltage. Then go to pulse screen and set up your pulse.
