2500INT-2-Si Detector

Post by Gibbs Choi » November 4th, 2014, 8:38 pm

Hi, I got a some question about 2500INT-2-Si Detector.
1. Is there any reference data for 255INT-2-Si Detector?
2. How is the level [email protected] for operating 2500INT-2-Si Detector?
Any comments welcome.

Typically, each 2500INT integrating sphere/detector is shipped with responsivity data identifying watts vs. current. Hopefully, that document is still available. I will need to check for information regarding the 2500INT and typical bias conditions and typical resposivity for Si diode based 2500INT.

Follow-on to my previous post:

Typical responsivity (mA/W) for Si detectors is 0.1 @ 960nm. A bias for the 2500INT is not necessary. Any bias (negative) may improve linearity. I suggest no higher than -5V.
