2182 measurement with AC sin noise

I have a question about 2182 voltage measurement. If the DC voltage (amplitude 10E-5V ) is not pure enough, for example, a Sin wave AC noise with frequency around 10MHz and amplitude 10E-6V is involved. What would be the "measured" voltage. The 2182 measure the RMS(root mean square) voltage, or measure the time averaged voltage?
In the first case, the AC noise will give contribution to the measured voltage. However, in the second case,the AC noise will give no contribution.

The Model 2182A uses an integrating A/D converter to make this measurement.
It is not a RMS or Root Mean Square type of measurement.
The A/D "samples" the input signal for the specific NPLC(Number of Power Line Cycles) and calculates the reading.
So from your perspective it is more of a time averaged measurement and should not be affected by the 10MHz noise.
