Hello,
I am trying to test the output of the trigger on 6482. I have used Model 8503 DIN to BNC trigger cable (VMC line) to connect 6482 to the oscilloscope. Apart from continuous signal of 5V I can't see any pulses leaving 6482. It might be that I have made a mistake in configuring trigger but I can't seem to find where is that mistake.
This is what I did, step by step, in configuring trigger:
----Configure Trigger
----Trig-Layer
----Trigger Out
----Line
----#1
----Events
----Source=off, Delay=off, Meas=on
----Count
----#100
----Store
----#100
----Enter
----Output ON
The way I understood the manual it should give me 100 negative pulses on oscilloscope. Oscilloscope is set to 5V/10us. As I said, I might have configured the trigger output wrong. Can you give me directions in how to accomplish this task?
Best Regards

Re: Output Signal form 6482
Normally, the output is line 2.
Why did you choose line 1?
If you choose line 1 as the output, then select line 2 as the input.
