Sir Please try to understand I am not asking for delta mode. I am asking about basic sweep.
In delta mode the readings are stored in Buffer of CURRENT SOURCE(6221).
In Basic Sweep reading are stored in Buffer of NANO VOLTMETER(2182A) and :TRACE:DATA? don't provide any thing.
In my VI :SYST:COMM:SERIal:SEND ":trac:data?" also not working.
and I am asking what more I have to do in my program.
If there is anything missing then please tell me.

I have run your code using the single step method and it works. Trouble is I only get 16 readings at a time.
Not sure why. I am looking into it.
For now you can run the TRACE:DATA? Several time and get all the data.
I do not get the data when I run it at normal speed.
Try inserting some delays between the sweep and the request for data.

I increased your delay after INIT to 5 seconds and the delay after trace:data? to 2 seconds and it ran and sent data back...
