6221 DC sweep mode - how to save data?

Dear All,

I am using Keithley 6221 (Basic mode: DC Sweep) controlled by 'KI6220.exe'. However, I cann't find the way to save the measured data to a txt file.

anyone can help? :roll:

Unfortunately, it is only from the Advanced Operation that he KI6220 software offers a Save Data option.
Perhaps the Pulsed IV Measurements can be of help to you.

Is it possible to set up some 'advanced mode' to simulate a 'DC sweep' mode? So the measured data of DC sweep can be saved to a file or copied to the clipboard. :roll: The DC sweep data is important for our device parameter.
