416 error "step size too small"

With Labview, I am following this order to send command to 6221 for differential conductance setting:
*RST
SOUR:DCON:STAR 0
SOUR:DCON:STEP 10e-6
SOUR:DCON:STOP 50e-6
SOUR:DCON:DELT 20e-6
SOUR:DCON:DEL 1e-3
But it always gets error "step size too small".
See the following laview code. With "*RST" before the code, I always get that error.
Without "*RST" ahead, I may get the settings (start, step ,stop, delta, delay) wrote through with a second run of the code.
What is the point?

I tried this and it was ok.
Maybe something in the variables. I would look a the STEP command.

It seems must be in the order of "START STOP STEP DELT DELAY ".
*RST
:SOUR:DCON:STAR 0.000000000
:SOUR:DCON:STOP 0.010000000
:SOUR:DCON:STEP 0.000100000
:SOUR:DCON:DELT 0.000020000
:SOUR:DCON:DEL 0.050000000

otherwise get error 416:
*RST
:SOUR:DCON:STAR 0.000000000
:SOUR:DCON:STEP 0.000100000
:SOUR:DCON:STOP 0.010000000
:SOUR:DCON:DELT 0.000020000
:SOUR:DCON:DEL 0.050000000
