Looking for an instrument to replace our "stable of 263's"....need roughly the same ranges/capabilities as the 263, especially current and charge.

No charge mode for replacement.
For low current.
Model 6221 - to 1pA
Model 2450 - to 0.5pA
Model 2635B or 2636B - to 20fA
Model 6430 to 0.1fA
