Isolation voltage of 7011S

Hello,

I wish to use a 7011S with a 7154 in a 7001 mainframe. The 7154 will be switching up to 1000V to ten DUTs. The 7011S will be switching the inputs of an LCZ meter to the same DUTs when the voltage is not applied. Are open 7011S relays capable of withstanding 1000V? Is there any merit in connecting two 7011S relays in series to increase the margin of safety?

Can you recommend suitable high-tension cable to connect the DUTs to the 7154 please?

The Model 7011-S maximum input is 110VDC or 125VRMS.
If the 1000 V is applied to the open relays damage would occur.
Placing them in series would not help. The maximum voltage limit would still apply.
Most standard RG59 coax cables can withstand up to 1000V with no trouble.
