ROUT:OPEN:ALL order

Hello,
I'm using a 7706 switch card. When giving the command ROUT:OPEN:ALL, is there specific order in which the switches are opened.
Consider this case.
chan 1 - closed. wired to low impedance source
chan 11 - closed. wired to a differnt low impedance source.
chan 26 - closed. (In the position than isolates the "paired" channels 1 and 11 from each other.)
If I used ROUT:OPEN:ALL is there a gaurantee than chan 1 and or chan 11 will open BEFORE chan 26 opens. If chan 26 opens first, if would short chan 1 to chan 11 and cause havoc.
Thanks
