On our DPO5204B, TekScope does not start anymore and freezes on the splash screen, even after a factory reimage.
I did notice in C:\ProgramData\Tektronix\TekScope\Calibration\console.log that it's continuously writing the following message:
18:50:14:570 IICReaderWriter::setClock(75) MODERATE:Timeout waiting for IIC clock to == 1
We've never looked in that file while it was working properly, so we don't know if the message was there before.
Are there any other things we can do to identify why TekScope might not be starting?
