Capturing Interrupts over log period of time.

Post by andreas2025 » August 23rd, 2019, 1:39 am

Hello List,

I am using a MSO5204 and I would like to be able to capture repeated occurrences of interrupts that take place over 30minutes. - Theoretically, every interrupt should happen on every 5msec. The purpose of this exercise is to understand if those interrupts arrive on time from the FPGA, and investigate if there is a problem with the interrupt generator in the FPGA. Example, some of them may happen after 6msec, or 8msec.

Would it be possible this type of scope to help me to do that? Do you have any documentation that I could look at it?

Kind regards
