I installed TekVisa then the Keysight Instrument Control Bundle to get the driver for the 82357B

How do I get TekVisa to see the USB GPIB adapter and my TDS3014B hung on the end of it?

I'm just about blue in the face with uninstalling and reinstalling these in different orders with nothing appearing to work :(
