Our DPO5034 Scope intermittently freezes on the splash screen. The scope display screen remains blank when this problem happens and we can only see display output by using the external display port.
The console.log screen shot is attached. The first scope.exe output is from when the problem occurs. The 2nd output is when the scope startup is normal. Any help would be appreciated.
