Dear all,
I have an element of high resistance (about 1G Ohm). I would like to perform a hall measurement on this element, but i do not know which is the most appropriate tool. I have a 6517B but i think this is not the good one.
Could anyone give me some advise?
Thanks

Re: High resistance Hall effect
The model 7065 switch card is the heart of a Hall measurement system. Please look at the datasheet and manual for the system block diagram. The other instruments required would be 6220, 7001 and 2182A.
Another way to measure a Hall device is to use the 4200-SCS. Many materials research organizations use the 4200-SCS for this purpose.
